Find a contact
You can find someone in your contact list by searching for them by name or phone number. If you want to find someone in your organization who is not in already in your contact list, you can search the company directory.
To find someone by name, do the following:

From the Contacts screen, press the Menu button, and then tap Search.

Start typing a person’s name in the search box. If the person is already in your Contacts list, the results appear below the box.

If the person is not already in your Contacts list, tap Search the company directory to search the entire organization.
To find a contact by phone number, do the following:

From the Contacts screen, press the Menu button, and then tap Search.

Start typing a person’s phone number or extension. If the person is already in your Contacts list, the results appear below the box.

Search for additional participants
When you are in a conversation, you can add additional contacts to your conversation.

To invite someone to an instant messaging conversation, from the Conversation screen, press the Menu button, and then tap Invite others.

From the Invite screen, do one of the following:

Tap a contact in the list.

Start typing a person’s name or phone number, and select the person in the search results. If the person is not in your contact list, tap Search the company directory, and then tap the person’s name in the search results.
