Update: Had 2,100 grafts in Nov 24th: to crown, temples and forelock. Healing exceptionally well: most grafts shed, recipient area redness is gone, donor area was undetectable within 10 days. So far so good. (bit itch here and there, especially recipient area but as long as I put enough moisturizer around the spot, it’s all god. 1÷18÷16

(Video) WHAT IS A MEGA SESSION FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT? (PROCEDURE VIDEO)

I just had my 6 month followup appointment with Dr. Mohebi on October 19, 2015. He was really impressed with my hair growth, especially at 6 months, and he said I have as much growth as many patients at 1 year.
I’m pleased with the progress, but I’m not getting too attached as my next procedure is in November, and he is going to shave my head again. Back to the starting point. The next procedure will focus on filling in the crown area and a little more in the front and hairline.
Dr. Mohebi also recommended that I shave the small tuft of hair that I have at the front center of my hairline to improve my appearance. I have been getting comments from friends and co-workers that I look younger. Little do they know…

I am resubmitting my review which was taken down for the following erroneous reason: «we found that it fell outside our Content Guidelines as it did not appear to describe a firsthand customer experience.»
I have to disagree.
I called this company myself.
I requested a consultation myself.
I was told directly that it would cost $ 150 just to meet the doctor.
I personally think that’s outrageous.
This is my firsthand customer experience:
$ 150 for a consultation?
To be clear, I did not go to this guy. I did not even meet him. Because just to meet him costs One Hundred and Fifty dollars. That’s crazy.
And I’m paying for what, exactly? So the doctor can tell me I have a great donor area and now I can pay him more money?
All I’m saying is there are alot of quacks out there.
It’s hard to tell who is who.
Even more so when you have to pay over a hundred bucks just to shake the guy’s hand.

COURAGE
It takes courage to call Dr. Mohebi. Actually– just to make the decision to do something about natures toll on your hairline. The rest is easy.
At our consultation Dr. Mohebi took photos, explained the options and answered all my questions. His quiet and confident manner was very reassuring. I made an appointment for my procedure that day-a decision I did not regret. The procedure was done about 5 months ago and I am already seeing a nice improvement in my hairline and density. My wife who was a bit skeptical about this whole thing now agrees it was worthwhile. The actually procedure was very comfortable due to sedation and wonderful anesthetics; I dosed through most of it only to be awakened for a nice lunch and snack. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
The first night was a bit rough but not to the point where I took any prescription pain meds– Tylenol was fine.
If you are even thinking about hair restoration do yourself a favor and make an appointment to at least meet with the good doctor and find out what’s possible.

I had my hair transplant with Dr. Mohebi a little over a year ago, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Since the procedure, I’ve had several followup visits with Dr. Mohebi at his Encino office to monitor my progress, and I recently got my 1 year followup photos. It’s so nice to have a full head of hair again and be able to style my hair without worrying about covering up a receding hairline.
I simply could not be happier. :)

A wonderfully thoughtful and most considerate professional, Dr Parsa Mohebi is a master in his field. Always putting his client’s needs above his own he explores all options, including those that are of no benefit to him at all; as in non-surgical. I have had a procedure done with him and am most elated with his affable candor, his relentless patience and above all his highly artistic skill. His staff is most professional and wonderful too. Throughout my procedure I had unparalleled support and it was as if I had gone to the spa. Trust me, I am most fanatical about hair in fact, bordering on the excessive, and this wonderfully calm surgeon has reassured me time and again that he practices what he preaches. I have always insisted that I need a another transplant and he will most definitely be my surgeon if only he deems that another one is necessary. This perhaps is yet another testament to the fact that he is not the aggressor here. My work with the doctor was three years ago and yet every year I drop by for a check up always free and I am greeted as though I am family. I guess that’s the secret to his success… So set any fear or apprehensions aside and do yourself a favor; Drop by and pay this great man a visit: You will not be disappointed. Cheers to a happier and more confident you!

Dr. Mohebi has the best bedside manner out of any doctor I’ve visited. His staff is amazing and friendly. Dr. Mohebi should be your number one choice for any hair needs. He takes his time and truly cares about every individual client. Do not hesitate to visit Dr. Mohebi!

I’ve had two hair transplants at Dr. Mohebi’s clinic and unfortunately the results were quite bad each time. Imagine the shock and horror of having your newly transplanted hairs falling out in random spots on your head and then NEVER growing back. That’s right, the procedures at Dr. Mohebi’s office had left me with random bald spots on the top of my head – and this nightmare haunts me to this day.
Now I know what you may be thinking… a highly rated dr like Dr. Mohebi would take full responsibility for the results of his work, and do everything in his power to make things right. Right? Well, no; not even close! Starting with the first failed hair transplant, the amount of free grafts he offered were practically a slap in the face (although he did offer a few hundred more free grafts after some bargaining).
His initial cost may be lower than that of other surgeons, but as always, buyer be ware! Just take a look at my attached photo of the results of his work, and decide for yourself if this a clinic you want to trust your head and money (and limited hair donor supply) to.

Dr. Mohebi is very professional and artistic. I did my procedure 5 years ago and I went from a 1.5 inch receding hairline to a no receding at all. He did a great job of recreating my hairline with no evidence of a hair transplant. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is a amazing. They took great care of me.

I had my procedure with Dr. Mohebi over year ago and I’m very very pleased with the results.
The level of professionally of him and he’s crew exceeds all expectations and I can say it after getting consultation from different doctors before deciding to go with him and after seeing friends of mine doing the procedure with other doctors.
Two thumbs up!!!

We originally went to the Beverly Hills office, but Dr. Mohebi wasn’t in so we spoke to him on the phone while he was at his Encino office for a last minute «hey we need your help Doctor!»
The receptionist was really nice and told us that he would be in shortly, and that she would tell him to call us when he arrived. I didn’t believe it — every doctor’s office I’ve ever been to has told me «oh we’ll call you back» and I never hear from them again.
Well I was wrong. In about 30 minutes I got a call back from Dr. Mohebi himself and he answered all the questions my dad had about the pre-surgery treatment he recommended.
While we didn’t go into this office, I’m throughly impressed by the office staff’s responsiveness and willingness to get us directly in touch with the doctor. Amazing.

Dr. Mohebi is great. This is not an easy thing for a guy to admit he needs, but he is easy to talk to and knowledgeable about hair transplants. Losing your hair is not the most comfortable thing to talk about and kind of embarrassing, but he makes you feel secure and confident in the results he can produce. I am really happy that I consulted with Dr. Mohebi. If anyone is looking for a great hair doctor, I definitely recommend checking Dr. Mohebi out first. If you want results and the proper attention and feel comfortable at all times, this is definitely the place to come.

I had a surgery done on July of 2013 and I can tell you that I am very satisfied both with the result of the operation and the friendly atmosphere during the operation and the follow through from the office after the operation. I was very hesitant at first to do this surgery as It was my very first surgery of all kind. I did my research of doctors and Dr. Mohebi particularly and found him to be a straight shooter. He informed me of the pros of cons and took me through the steps and either he or his staff were always available when I called the office. I Can definitely with no hesitation recommend him. You will be very happy with him.

Dr. Mohebi is the consummate professional. A very skilled surgeon who is passionate about his work. Prior to my surgery, he spent a great deal of time reviewing my options and explaining the procedure in depth. He even emailed me an answer to a question I had posed via email, even though he was on vacation. I cannot be more pleased with the results of the surgery. I had consultations with many surgeons in LA and San Diego and found him to be the most knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I am very fortunate to have found him. He and his staff took great care of me before, during and after surgery. Superb work.

I had a procedure done a year ago and I could not be more happy with the results. The procedure itself was made so easy by Dr. Mohebi and his staff.
I visited both Bosley and Hair Club before finally finding Dr. Mohebi. As opposed to be sold a product and being told I had no choice but to do this by the first two, Dr. Mohebi was really easy going and honest. I would recommend him to anyone even thinking about doing this.

The only regret I have about doing the hair transplant surgery is not meeting Dr. Mohebi any sooner.
I have been considering hair transplant surgery for years. And when I was ready to take the big leap, I talked to a few hair transplant surgeons before I met with Dr. Mohebi. I have to be honest, I have lost a lot of hair, I wasn’t really the best candidate for having good hair, but the other surgeons made me feel depressed after meeting with them, I was even told by some they couldn’t help me. You see, along with losing a lot of hair I had low density. Dr Mohebi had a more positive attitude and he was honest, and at the end of the meeting — I felt good, I knew what to expect, what my options are and what I needed to do. I still had a lot to think about but he didn’t make me feel like I would end up looking like Jimmy Buffet at the end of the surgery.
After further consideration, I decided to go for it. I was nervous — I hate pain and I hate needles. The day of the procedure came, I arrived at their Encino office and everyone greeted me with so much attention and care, I felt well taken care of. I was still nervous but I was assured that I was being taken care of and in good hands.
I went to a room for a short discussion, took some ‘before’ pictures and took some ‘good’ pills. By the time I walked to the procedure room, wait, did I walk to the procedure room? Hhmm… Well, I was there and the procedure started and I was kept comfortable the whole time. I was in and out for the rest of the day. I remembered watching some movies, eating a big sundae, eating a good lunch and I think I had a big sundae again. The sundae was good. I’d have another hair transplant just for the sundae! That was a great idea! The whole procedure ended at around 4pm and the doctor gave some after care advice and what to expect.
We went to a hotel nearby and spent the night there. I cannot tell a lie. It was painful for me. It may be because I delayed taking the pain medications given to me so I highly recommend that you take your pain medications as soon as you leave the doctor’s office. Slept through the night and I woke up feeling better.
The next day, had a good breakfast at a waffle place nearby and went in for a follow up visit where I had my hair washed and was taught how to wash my hair/head for the next few days.
That was more than a year ago. I have had a second procedure to fill in more hair and I am happy with the results. I have more hair and I can now feel hair on my head. I take new pictures everywhere I go, even on my Costco card. My hairdresser says it’s the best hairjob he’s seen. Dr. Mohebi is that good!
** Check out all the filtered reviews where you’ll see more of his patient’s testimonials. It’s a shame they are hidden.

I had the procedure done at Encino office. I’m very pleased with the service and the result. Very professional office staff and of course very knowledgeable Dr.
Thank you Dr Mohebi you did a great job!
Very highly recommended.

I would NEVER RETURN TO THIS DOCTOR or this practice for anything. I used Dr. Parsa Mohebi for hair surgery as well as fillers and both were such horrible experiences. I’m talking MAJOR problems and i’d probably get sued just for publishing the details online. All you need to know is that I have gone to other doctors in Beverly Hills since this one and I am very very happy with their work.
