Ariel Winter flaunts stunning figure in patterned thong bikini (2023)

Her signature role in beloved ABC sitcom Modern Family may have ended last year.

But Ariel Winter seems to be living her best life.

The 23-year-old actress shared some scintillating bikini snaps from her getaway on her Instagram on Thursday.

She showcased her curves in a patterned thong bikini from Sommer Swim as she posted a plethora of selfies.

In one of the photos, the actress proudly showed off her derriere as she did some sun bathing on the deck of the undisclosed beach location.

Her strawberry blonde locks had a beachy wave to them as she showed off her natural looks by going make-up free.

She seemed to be having a blast a she sipped on a frozen pina colada in one of the images.

Ariel was not alone on the trip as she was joined by her actor boyfriend of over a yearLuke Benward.

The 26-year-old actor donned a white floral button down shirt as he cuddled up with his ladylove in a few snaps.

No doubt they were in for a fun few days together as Ariel proudly showed off the digital version of the iconic Catan board game on her iPad in one of the snaps.

The pair seem to be going from strength to strength as back in May, Winter penned a touching tribute to Benward in celebration of his 26th birthday, which she proudly shared to Instagram.

'Happy 26th to the most special man that gives me alllllllll the feels allllllllllll the time,' she began. 'I love you. I am beyond grateful for you. I feel incredibly lucky to spend each day together enjoying the great days and working through the tough days that we can’t go at alone.'

She went on to note that Benward had been her 'safe space and guiding light through all of the tough days' in 2020 and that 'thankful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel❤️'

Along with her sweet message, Ariel included several of her favorite pics of Luke, as well as shots of them together.

Meanwhile, Ariel recently revealed that she has been in therapy for eight years.

Winter said she is 'doing quite well' now but admitted that she struggled during the coronavirus lockdown and she knows she isn't the only person to have seen her mental health suffer over the last year.

She told Entertainment Tonight: 'The pandemic was hard. For some, harder than others. It's devastating to see the effect it's had on a lot of people, especially mental health-wise.'

Ariel continued, 'For me, I'm very fortunate. I've been in therapy twice a week for eight years. It's the best part of my week.'

Winter- who has been undergoing trauma therapy for the last year - doesn't like being famous but she is happy to use her position in the public eye to promote better mental health awareness.

She said: 'I'm on medication. I think it's important to fully normalize mental health and the use of mental health medications.

'So, I've tried to share that with my followers.

'I don't particularly like the fame aspect of the industry. I don't like getting my picture taken when I didn't consent to get my picture taken. I like to have a bit of a private life, so I try to keep that, as well.

'But, I do want people to know that life is difficult for everyone in general.'

Meanwhile, Ariel - who was legally emancipated from her parents in 2015 - has offered her support to Britney Spears, who is trying to have her conservatorship removed.

She said: 'I support Britney. I think Britney is incredible. Her story's incredibly moving. I listened to her testimony.

'I think she is so smart, so capable. She should absolutely be free to live her life, be in control of her life, in control of herself. I think it's absurd that this is the situation that she has to be in. I think the justice system, unfortunately, is corrupt.

'I feel for her. I hope she gets to be in control of her life, her situation, everything, as soon as possible.

'I truly hope that people who have kept her away from doing that do suffer some sort of consequences, because she deserves all the happiness, the freedom, the love and the control of her life that she should have.'
