Buy a ticket for a boat cruise from the the harbor in Kaleiçi that goes to the cliffs east of the city center or to Düden Waterfall inLara Beach.
The boats leave as soon as there are enough passengers on board. The tickets are sold on the spot. Keep in mind, this is a place without fixed prices. Expect to haggle to get a good price.
